At Saffa Comforts, we take pride in carefully packing and delivering your favourite South African snacks in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products (food items), we unfortunately cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at saffacomforts@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
  • All items are checked before dispatch to ensure quality.
  • Delivery times may vary, but delays once shipped are outside of our control.
